to issuing a certified foster parent license which is valid for one years and renewed there after on completion of 12 hours of training within one year. When Items 1-7 are completed, certified Foster Parent License can be issued. Note: Police Clearance Must be obtained on everyone at the age of 18 or over residing in the home or at the residence-this includes natural children that turn 18 after certification.
