Terrence Thomas

Terrence’s philanthropic journey began in 2009 when he hosted his first charity event at a homeless shelter in Texas, USA. Since then, he has endeavoured to effect positive change in the lives of underprivileged children, recognizing the incredible potential within each child. He firmly believes that lacking basic necessities should not hinder a child from fulfilling their God-given purpose.

As well as being a board member for VCFS, Sierra Leone, Terence is the founder of The James 2:14 Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to the Houston, Texas area, that provides local children with a range of support, including free school uniforms, food, educational materials, mentoring and tutoring. In addition, the James 2:14 Project has extended its impact beyond local borders, funding clean water well projects in Mayuge, Uganda, and Hawasa, Ethiopia. With thousands of children already benefiting from the programs he has run, Terrence remains optimistic that their reach will expand, touching even more lives.

Outside of his philanthropic endeavors, Terrence has been active in the real estate industry since 2003. He is happily married to Monica, a dedicated Nurse (RN), who shares his passion for making a difference, and together, they aim to inspire their three wonderful sons to embrace the values of compassion and charity.
